Membership Levels

Affinity Lab membership levels are designed to allow you and your organization the flexibility of right-sizing your needs to your budget even as your requirements evolve. Please let us know if you have any questions or need more information.

Full Member - $895 / month

This option works well for established or full-time consultants or non-profit managers who need a dedicated work space. This membership covers up to 4 people, additional people are $50/month.

This option provides the general infrastructure for an organization to carry out its day-to-day operations. Full members have 24-hour, 7-days-a-week, 365-days-a-year use of Affinity Lab. Monthly rate includes the following services:

  • More than 100-square feet of desk space
  • File storage
  • Bookshelf
  • Redundant cable Internet access
  • Conference room access
  • Networked printer/copier and 50 free prints/copies
  • Kitchen/break area
  • Mail and package delivery
  • Receiving/Sending faxes

Shared Member - $525 / month

The shared member option is for those who spend a portion of their time outside of the office, yet require a dedicated desk space. This membership covers up to 3 people, additional people are $75/month.

With this option, up to 2 organizations share a desk space and phone line. Shared members have 24/7/365 access to Affinity Lab, but they may only use the assigned desk 50% of the time. Monthly rate includes the following services:

  • More than 100-square feet of desk space
  • Shared file storage
  • Shared bookshelf
  • Redundant cable Internet access
  • Conference room access
  • Networked printer/copier and 50 free prints/copies
  • Kitchen/break area
  • Mail and package delivery
  • Receiving/Sending faxes

Virtual Member - $325 / month

The virtual option is our introductory membership. This option appeals to professionals with full-time jobs or those just starting out with minimal space requirements yet need an office and meeting place. This membership covers up to 2 people, additional people are $100/month.

Virtual Members have 24/7/365 access to Affinity Lab and may use the common areas and resources (Conference room, common work areas, Internet access, etc.) of the Lab but have no dedicated work space. Monthly rate includes the following services:

  • Mail and package delivery
  • Redundant cable Internet access
  • Conference room access
  • Networked printer/copier and 50 free prints/copies
  • Kitchen/break area
  • Receiving/Sending faxes

Terms

Affinity Lab offers some of the most flexible terms you can find in the region:

  • Full Member - 3 months, then month to month
  • Shared Member - 3 months, then month to month
  • Virtual Member - Month to month
  • 30-day advance notice if and when you no longer need a membership
